This lightweight and flexible rubber hose is a cost effective option for applications with working temperatures up to 275 F. The GN, a neoprene coated fiberglass hose handles temperatures up to 300 F. The GS and BDS can handle temperatures up to 500 degrees, however the latter spiral ducting are not made for applications requiring extensive flexibility. The top of the line product for brake ducting applications would be the Raceflex which is a heat reflective hose which can handle up to 625 degrees Fahrenheit operating temperatures. It is lightweight and flexible with a smooth bend radius. The Raceflex is designed for brake ducting and ventilation of drive compartments in racecars.
