The “Neoprene Flex – 1ply” is an industrial strength black hose that can be used to convey air, dust, fume and even light materials. The flexible duct hose is constructed from single-ply neoprene coated polyester fabric with a spring steel wire helix. “Neoprene Flex – 1ply” flexible ducting is best used for light-duty low-pressure applications. Neoprene or polychloroprene is a family of synthetic rubbers that are produced by polymerization of chloroprene. Neoprene exhibits good chemical stability, and maintains flexibility over a wide temperature range.
Each industrial hose is extremely flexible. The durable neoprene coating offers excellent abrasion and chemical resistance while maintaining flexibility. Each “Neoprene Flex – 1ply” flexible duct hose is designed to handle a wide temperature range. This flexible duct hose has a working temperature range of -60 F to +250 Fahrenheit. This collection hose is made with materials that are listed as UL 94 V-0 flame retardant.
“Neoprene Flex – 1ply” flexible ducting is available in black and is sold is 25 ft long coils. This collection hose can also be purchased in custom lengths, please consult a sales representative with your requirements. This collection hose is offered in a wide range of internal diameters from 1.5-inch ID to 20-Inch ID. The end of each collection hose is plain cut, but a variety of end cuffs are available upon request.
