However, our sales office is located at Rubber-Cal: 18424 Mt. Langley Street, Fountain Valley, CA 92708 USA. Please note that our offices are closed to the public.

Our will-call hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Can I get help with my project?
We have customer-service staff available to help you from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. We offer a host of products for many industries, including ventilation ducting, suction hoses, food-grade hoses, and dust-collection hoses! We have knowledgeable staff on-site to answer any and all of your questions about our products.

How do I place an order?
Place your order through this site, or call one of our ducting experts to place your order over the phone. U.S. customers can call us toll-free at 1-844-782-2374 during regular business hours. International customers can reach us at 1.714.772.3000, or via fax at 1.714.772.3088.

Can I order a sample?
We realize that it is sometimes difficult to decide exactly what product you need for your specific application. Especially with so many flex-hose products available at Ducting.com, you may have a tough time deciding which one best suits your needs. Order a sample of flex ducting for air ventilation, industrial-exhaust handling, high-temperature ventilation, and more! Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that samples be a specific ID-size or length: samples are simply a means for the end-user to feel and assess the product in question. Please note that samples may have associated shipping-costs, which are charged to the client’s FedEx account.

How long will it take to receive my sample?
Because we are located in Southern California and ship all samples via FedEx, samples may take up to one week to arrive on the East Coast. In addition, if a sample of a specific flex duct is not in inventory, there may be up to a 2–3-week lead time.

Can I expedite shipping for my flex-ducting samples?
We are more than happy to ship samples via FedEx Express, but customers must cover any additional shipping charges. If you would like to purchase Express shipping for your sample order, please call us toll-free to speak to one of our product specialists.

How do I order a catalog of your flex-hose and ducting products?
Please contact one of our expert Ducting.com staff members or fill out the form on our catalog-request page. Please note that all sample-orders include a physical copy of the Ducting.com catalog.

What are your credit terms?
Once credit has been approved, open account terms are 1%/10 Net 30 and past due thereafter. At 60 days, delinquent accounts will be placed for collection. 1 1/2% per month (18% yearly) will be applied when an account is past due. If you wish to establish open terms, please consult one of our customer-service representatives.

Do you accept all major credit cards?
We accept most debit, Visa, and MasterCard cards, as well as all American Express and Discover cards. We also gladly accept online payment via PayPal.com.

How can I find the perfect product for my project?
If the pictures and product descriptions on our website do not provide you with enough information to help you decide on the perfect flex hose, please contact our ducting experts by phone or email at any time during regular business hours. Email our staff at customercare@rubbercal.com, or call us at 1-714-772-3000. We understand that every application is unique. Whether you are looking for ventilation ducting, a suction hose, a food-grade hose, or a dust-collection hose, we recommend discussing the details of your project with one of our flex-ducting specialists first.

How long will it take to receive the product I purchased online at Ducting.com?
Here at Ducting.com, we do our absolute best to fill every “stocked” order within 24 hours of order placement; “stocked” orders contain merchandise that we stock on-site. We do our best to provide every Ducting.com customer with the fastest, most cost-efficient shipping methods available. We also inventory our most popular products and sizes, allowing us to offer much-needed emergency product shipments in as little as 24 hours! Please note that flex-hose products that are not in stock will have lead times of up to 4 to 6 weeks.

How much does shipping cost?
All shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and the final destination of the order. Therefore, before quoting a shipping cost, we need to know exactly what is being ordered and to where it is being shipped. If your order is heavy and shipping by truck but is less-than-truckload (LTL), we can sometimes offer better shipping rates. Please contact one of our customer-service staff members for an updated shipping quote.

Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, Free Shipping is available as a promotion during the year on some products. Please consult one of our staff members for further details.

What methods do you use to ship your products?
We use a number of different shipping-carriers to minimize the burden of shipping costs on our customers. A customer’s particular carrier will depend on the size, weight, and destination of the order. For most small packages, we typically use FedEx Ground. If express delivery is requested for an order, that shipment is sent using FedEx Air Services (one day, two day, or three day). Heavy (150 lbs. or more) or oversized shipments are transported via a variety of LTL carriers. Please note: Next-day or exact-day deliveries are also available using the above options. Our staff will contact you with a freight quote.
