Can I order a sample?
We realize that sometimes it is difficult to decide exactly what product you need for any given application. With so many flex hose products available at Ducting.com, you may have a tough time deciding which one will best suit your needs. Order a sample of flex ducting for air ventilation, industrial exhaust handling, high temperature ventilation, and more! Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that samples be a specific ID size or length. Samples are simply a means for the end-user to feel and assess the product in question. Please note that samples may have shipping costs associated with them, which is charged to the client's FedEx account.
How long will it take to receive my sample?
Because we are located in Southern California and ship all samples via U.S. Postal Service, samples may take up to one week to arrive on the East Coast. In addition if a sample is not in inventory of the specific flex ducting in question, there may be up to a 2-3 week lead time.
How do I order a catalog of your flex hose and ducting products?
Please contact one of our expert Ducting.com staff members or fill out the form on our catalog request page. Please note that all sample orders include a physical copy of the Ducting.com catalog.
Can I expedite shipping for my flex ducting samples?
We are more than happy to ship samples via FedEx Express, but customers must cover any additional shipping charges. If you would like to purchase Express shipping for your sample order, please call toll free to speak to one of our product specialists.
What are your credit terms?
Once credit has been approved, open account terms are 1% 10 days net 30 and past due thereafter. At 60 days, delinquent accounts will be placed for collection. How can I find the perfect product for my project?
If the pictures and product descriptions on our website do not provide you with enough information to help you decide on the perfect flex hose, please contact our ducting experts by phone or email at any time during regular business hours. Email our expert staff at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us at 1.714.545.3600. All applications are unique and whether you are looking for ventilation ducting, a suction hose, food grade hose, or a dust collection hose, it is best to discuss the facts with one of our flex ducting specialists first.
How long will it take to receive the product I purchased online at Ducting.com?
Here at Ducting.com, we do our absolute best to fill every "stocked" order with product that we stock on-site, within 24 hours of order placement. We do our best to provide every Ducting.com customer with the fastest, most cost-efficient shipping methods available. We also inventory our most popular products and sizes, allowing us to offer much-needed emergency product shipments in as little as 24 hours! Please note that flex hose products that are not in stock will have lead times up to 4 weeks.
How much does shipping cost?
All shipping costs are calculated depending on the order weight, therefore we would need to know exactly what is being ordered prior to quoting a shipping cost. If your order is heavy and shipping LTL (by truck as opposed to Fedex), we are sometimes able to offer better shipping rates. Please contact one of our flexible ducting experts for an updated shipping quote.
What method do you use to ship your products?
We use a number of different shipping carriers to lessen the burden of shipping costs on our customers. The particular carrier will depend on the size and weight of the order. For most small packages, we typically use FedEx Ground. If express delivery is requested for an order, that shipment is sent using FedEx Air Services (one day, two day, or three day). Heavy (150+ lbs.) or oversized shipments are made via Dotline Transportation, Yellow Freight and Old Dominion nationwide. Oversized West Coast orders may be shipped using Best Overnite Freight. PLEASE NOTE: Next day or exact day deliveries are also available via the above freight carriers. All shipments are guaranteed for the full value of the product. Our staff will contact you with a freight quote.
