The “Poly Fabric Flex Bridge” is a double-ply polyester reinforced PVC vinyl fabric hose with a gray external PVC wear-strip. This material collection hose is reinforced with a spring steel wire helix. The flexible air ducting is specifically made for bridge cleaning applications. The flex hoses provide efficient airflow in a variety of ID sizes and are recommended for dust control and light bulk material handling applications. With a durable double-ply construction, the air ducting hose can transfer air and dust while exhibiting long life. This product offers great mildew, ozone, and moisture resistance, which makes it ideal for outdoor cleaning applications. The reinforced spring steel wire helix and external gray PVC wear-strip offers great external abrasion and drag resistances. Other wear-strip colors are available if municipalities and cities require them for branding.
The “Poly Fabric Flex Bridge” dust collection hose has a working temperature range of -20 to +180 degrees Fahrenheit. The vast working temperature range allows for use in and around mechanical equipment that have elevated temperatures. These flex hoses have excellent flow characteristics with low friction loss which provides you with a material collection hose product that will resist clogging.
The “Poly Fabric Flex Bridge” is considered a large ducting item and is available in internal diameter sizes ranging from 12 to 24 inch and custom sizes up to 48-inch. Each dust collection hose is sold in 25-foot lengths and comes with standard plain cut ends (end cuffs are available). The large ducting hose is also available in custom lengths up to 50ft, contingent on the ID size of the hose.
